Just wanted to update where I've been this past... year? Still here, and believe it or not I'm cranking away on Donkey! I'm viewing the first 16 pages I posted here as a prototype. After its initial run I realized that I still had a lot i wanted to learn still in regards to comic making, both in art and in writing. As such, I've been studying from the works of Scott McCloud, and am currently delving into the teachings of Will Eisner. I've even been practicing Perspective through David Chelsea's work! I really, really want Donkey to be something special. I want it to be smarter, funnier, and prettier than my initial upload. I want the story to be more cohesive and compelling, I want the art to be more dynamic and interesting. As such the script is currently being rewritten, and in the mean time I've been drawing up concept art for various character designs and locals. You wouldn't believe how much foliage I've invented to make a convincing underground Ecosystem! In other words, my hands haven't been idle. I'll be posting a couple concept pieces with the new, updated art style (Don't worry, the original character designs are in-tact! I just added shading and a different method for backgrounds) and perhaps some of my sketch work.

Hello! You may or may not already know me from some of my other comic and art projects, but here I'm trying to do something different, something special. For the past year I've been writing, drawing, sketching, and planning out my latest and potentially greatest project. I'm hoping to bring to life this idea in the form of a long-running comic, an adventure titled Donkey, which follows a kobold tunneler that becomes a hero.

I am currently working on a website with a friend who knows web development, and that should be up and running very soon. In the mean time, I'll be posting some of my work here to help spread the word. I've been hard at work trying to get 16 pages out before the 11th for the Sweet 16 comic challenge here on newgrounds, so hopefully I'll see you there!
